She has been busy redecorating her new pad in West Hollywood, which she purchased for a reported $6.5million in June.
But it seems Kendall Jenner didn’t bat an eyelid at the pad’s price, formerly owned by John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, as she put down a $2.5million cash deposit.
According to TMZ, the reality star and rising catwalk queen, 20, decided to put a huge cash down-payment on the lavish residence; which amounted to nearly 40% of the sum total.

Relocating from a condo in Wilshire Corridor earlier this summer, it would appear that the deposit or mortgage on her new house didn’t phase Kendall one bit.
The website states: ‘According to the docs … Kendall got a 30 year loan through her trust to cover the other $4 million for the WeHo pad [sic].’
And the rising fashion star, who is said to be worth around $10million, has given the trust a personal flourish, naming it ‘Moulin Rouge’ after her favourite movie.
She bought the Hollywood Hills mansion – above the legendary hotel and A-List hangout Chateau Marmont – in June from The Huntsman Winter’s War star and her husband of six years.

And, according to the website, Kendall’s new place is a handsome purchase indeed: with 4,800 square feet, six bedrooms and five bathrooms; while the backyard features a pool.
The insight into Kendall’s buying power comes after the star called in her elder sister Kourtney’s decorator to help her put a stamp on the property.
Taking to her own website, the rising fashionista – who has modeled for the likes of Chanel – gushed about her move and the new look she has been putting on the place.
‘I just feel so incredibly blessed,’ wrote the E! star about her West Hollywood home, before noting ‘It was just time’ to make the move.

Kendall cited a host of reasons for wanting to find a new place, the biggest being space, as she had ‘completely grown out’ of her condo and wanted to be able to entertain.
She also shared how important a pool was to her in her next residence, as she had swam a lot as a kid, but hadn’t had much opportunity in recent times.
However, in her new mansion the star gleefully boasted: ‘I’ve now swam almost every day I’ve been here – and at night, too (THE best!!!).’
When it came to decorating the larger space, Kendall revealed that she had turned to Martyn Lawrence Bullard – who helped Kourtney decorate her home in Calabasas.

She’s been working with the designer, who she says has brought over items to her house to see how they work in the space.
Of her style, Kendall explained that while she has been partial to the modern vibe, she’s been looking into a more vintage vibe of late.
The cover girl is hesitant to make her rooms too modern, as she says that it makes them ‘feel cold.’
But saying that, the model said one of the most important decisions behind the move was the ability to have her numerous pals over tor relax and hang out.
Kendal – who counts Cara Delevingne, Hailey Baldwin and Harry Styles among her friends – said:
‘The most important thing is that I want everyone who comes over to be able to chill and vibe out.’
